If you own a short-term rental in Florida, our co-hosting team can handle the day-to-day so you don’t have to. Guest messaging, cleaning and turnovers, pricing, listings and the small stuff that eats your evenings, all managed with care.
Check-in is any time after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Check-in is self-service with a door code, so you can come and go on your own schedule. Early check-in or late check-out is sometimes possible when the calendar allows.
Free on-site parking is included at every home, with space for one or two vehicles depending on the property. Exact parking details for your home are listed for each property in the description. If you are arriving with a boat, trailer or oversized vehicle, please note that you will need to find paid parking as the building does not allow it, so very sorry for any inconvenience. If you are coming to Bike Week, please check the event calendar as it usually has many options listed.
Cancel 30 days or more before check-in for a full refund. Cancel 14 to 29 days before check-in for a 50% refund. Inside 14 days of check-in the booking is non-refundable, though we will always try to re-let the dates and refund you if we can. Cleaning fees are refunded in full on any cancellation.
