Tucked right on the water in Ponce Inlet, Down the Hatch is the kind of place you go for dinner and end up staying for the view. The restaurant sits directly on the Intracoastal, with a deck that puts you right over the water — boats coming and going, pelicans working the dock, and a sunset that does most of the atmosphere for you.
The seafood here is about as fresh as it gets, since a lot of it comes straight off boats working the same inlet you’re looking at.
